Kolkata, October 29, 2025 – BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltd (BSE: 542057) shares rose 1.63% to ₹78.62 at 11:46 AM on Wednesday after announcing it received multiple project wins worth a total of ₹412.45 million in its railway electrification business.

Key Project Wins

BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltd has secured two large railway electrification contracts that strengthen the Company’s project pipeline of work in the Eastern region. The Company won a ₹325.80 million contract from Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL) for 25 KV Overhead Electrification (OHE) modification work between Gurmura, Mahadia, and Shakti Nagar under the Dhanbad Division of East Coast Railway. This work will be performed over a 16-month time frame.

In addition, BCPL was awarded another ₹86.65 million contract from Eastern Railway, Sealdah Division, for the 25 KV OHE and allied electrical works that required the removal of in-between track OHE masts. This work is to be completed over a 12-month span.

The Company is currently the L1 bid winner of the Eastern Railway, Sealdah Division contract, demonstrating its competitive position in the railway electrification business.

The company’s market capitalization stood at around ₹131.48 crore.

BCPL’s stock is currently trading at a P/E ratio of 22.21 and offers a dividend yield of 1.27%. Over the past year, the stock has touched a 52-week high of ₹119.91 and a 52-week low of ₹60.15. The company declared a quarterly dividend of ₹0.25 per share.

Management Commentary

Commenting on the RVNL project, Chairman Aparesh Nandi said, “We are pleased to inform our stakeholders of our recent order intake for modification of the 25KV OHE System under Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. The value of this order is ₹325.80 million, and we are optimistic about a steady pipeline of similar projects across India in the near future.”

He added that BCPL continues to contribute toward connecting rural and northeastern regions through railway electrification, underscoring the company’s consistent project inflows and execution capabilities.
