Hyderabad, October 28, 2025 – Shares of Bhagyanagar India Limited (NSE: BHAGYANGR, BSE: 512296) extended their rally for the second straight session on Tuesday, hitting a fresh 52-week high of ₹136.19. The surge in the share price came after the company declared its Q2 FY26 financial results, showcasing significant profit and revenue growth.
Q2 FY26 Financial Performance
The shares of the company went on an upward rally due to various key factors. The first major contributor was the robust Q2FY26 performance. The company reported a net profit of ₹1,127.23 lakhs for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to ₹372.93 lakhs in the same period last year. Further, revenue from operations stood at ₹58,037.08 lakhs, up 42.3% on a YoY basis.
The company’s total income and EPS (basic and diluted) also improved. While the total income for the quarter stood at ₹58,101.86 lakhs, a 41.5% YoY increase and 18.9% QoQ increase, the EPS was at ₹3.52, a 201% YoY increase and 47.9% QoQ increase. The company’s H1FY26 profit also jumped to ₹1,884.40 lakh, up over three times from ₹545.45 lakh in the same period last year.

The counter remains among the top 10 gainers on the exchange, which indicates that there is a heightened retail and institutional interest.
Bhagyanagar India Ltd is a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of copper products, including wires, rods, and strips and caters to the industrial and power infrastructure sectors. The company was established in 1985 and is currently a part of the Surana Group. It has been listed on the NSE and BSE since 2017 under the tickers BHAGYANGR and 512296, respectively.
