Mumbai, November 3, 2025 – The stock exchanges are looking forward to a very busy corporate calendar today, as several boards are set to consider and approve unaudited financial results for their quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Several selected companies will also take up dividend proposals, while a few also have fundraising and other business matters on their agendas.

Key Companies Declaring Q2 FY26 Results

About 50 companies are to declare their quarterly financial results for the quarter ended September 2025 today, on Monday. Some of the top companies that will be declaring the Q2FY26 results today include Bharti Airtel, Titan Company, Power Grid Corporation of India, Ambuja Cements, and Tata Consumer Products. Several companies like Route Mobile, Aurionpro Solutions, Godfrey Phillips India and Global Education will also consider their dividends during the meeting. Among these, Route Mobile and Godfrey Phillips India will consider an interim dividend, while Aurionpro Solutions and Global Education will be discussing a dividend.

Fundraising And Other Business Matters

During their meeting today, November 03, 2025, the boards of several companies will also be discussing fundraising and other business matters. ESAF Small Finance Bank (ESAFSFB) will be considering the option of raising funds by issuance of non-convertible debentures on a preferential basis through private placement. Whereas Silly Monks Entertainment (SILLYMONKS) and Ujaas Energy (UEL) will consider fundraising and other business matters.

Outlook

The results will reflect the performance of these companies during the July-September quarter of FY26. This marks the second quarter of the financial year, followed by the June quarter. Through these cyclical results, investors can gain insights into a company’s growth potential, revenue, profit and overall financial health.
