Gurugram, August 5, 2025 – Bharti Hexacom Limited (NSE: BHARTIHEXA, BSE: 544162) announced Q1FY26 results, and the company reported some robust financial results for the quarter. Both revenues and consolidated net income (before exceptional items) increased significantly (18.4% and 102.9%, year on year, respectively). There was a comprehensive increase in both mobile services, along with home and business connections, driving the significant surge. The company also reported that the ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) increased to ₹246. (Segmental and financial analysis presented later in the report).

Financial Analysis: Key Trends

As reported by the company in the quarterly results, here are some of the key trends: In Q1FY26, the company posted robust YoY growth with total revenue up 18.4% to ₹2,263 crore and EBITDA rising 33.5% to ₹1,217 crore. Margins improved significantly, EBITDA margin expanded by 610 bps to 53.8%, while EBIT margin rose 810 bps to 29.9%. EBIT surged 62.8% YoY to ₹677 crore.

Net income (before exceptional items) grew 103% YoY, but after extraordinary items, it declined 23.4% due to a one-off gain in Q1FY25. QoQ performance remained largely stable.

Segment Performance

The company’s digital services segment showed strong momentum, led by strategic improvements and expanding reach. In mobile services, revenue grew 17.8% YoY, supported by better tariffs and an enhanced subscriber mix, with an increased average data usage.

The homes and office segment also sustained its upward trajectory with 38% YoY revenue growth and expanding footprint across 115 cities, driven by quality service and 54,000 new customer additions, reflecting rising demand and network reliability.

Strategic Commentary

“Our consistent focus on premiumisation, operational excellence, and digital expansion continues to deliver strong financial and operational outcomes. The sustained growth in mobile ARPU and customer additions in Homes and Office business reflects robust execution,” the company stated.

The company also added 518 new towers over the past year, boosting connectivity across rural and urban areas.

Bharti Hexacom Stock Price Movement

On Tuesday, the share closed at ₹1847.30 (0.63% lower than the previous day’s close). The low high price range remained between ₹1833 and ₹1876. The company’s P/E Ratio is 62.34 compared to the industrial average of 57.33. Despite today’s minor fall, the share has surged more than 33.55% in the past six months.
