Bikaji Foods Proposes ₹1.25 Final Dividend; Shares Fall 1.37%

Bikaji Foods International has proposed a ₹1.25-per-share final dividend for FY26, while its shares fell 1.37% in Thursday’s trade.

Mumbai July, 23: Bikaji Foods International Limited has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval by shareholders at the company’s annual general meeting.
The payout amounts to 125% of the ₹1 face value of each equity share. Bikaji’s board had recommended the dividend at its meeting on May 21, 2026.
The company has fixed July 17, 2026 as the record date for determining eligible shareholders. Those whose names appeared in the register of members or beneficial owners as of that date will be entitled to the dividend, provided shareholders approve the resolution at the AGM.
Bikaji said the final dividend, once approved, will be paid on or before September 18, 2026.
The proposal will be taken up as an ordinary resolution and has been placed before shareholders in accordance with the Companies Act, applicable dividend rules and Regulation 43 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

Bikaji Foods share price was trading at ₹627.55 as of 2:43 PM IST on July 23, 2026, down ₹8.70, or 1.37%, according to the market data provided.
The stock held close to ₹635-₹636 through much of the morning before losing ground in the afternoon. Selling became sharper after 1 PM, taking the counter below ₹630.
Shares subsequently slipped towards ₹624 before recovering part of the decline. Despite that rebound, the stock remained firmly in negative territory by mid-afternoon.

Bikaji Foods International is a packaged foods company with a portfolio covering bhujia, namkeen, packaged sweets, papad and other snack products.
The company has its roots in Bikaner and sells its products across domestic and overseas markets. Traditional Indian savoury snacks remain an important part of its product portfolio.
Conclusion
For shareholders, the proposed payout stands at ₹1.25 for every eligible equity share held as of the July 17 record date. The dividend is still subject to approval at the AGM and, once cleared, is scheduled to be paid by September 18.
The stock, however, remained under pressure on July 23, falling 1.37% to ₹627.55 by 2:43 PM IST.
