Mumbai, October 7,: Black Opal Consultants shares debuted at ₹200 on the BSE SME on October 7, 2026, against the IPO issue price of ₹197 per share. The listing price represented a 1.52% premium to the issue price.

Black Opal Consultants Shares List At ₹200 Against ₹197 Issue Price

Black Opal Consultants shares made a positive debut at ₹200 on the BSE SME, ₹3 above the final IPO issue price of ₹197. The listing price was therefore 1.52% higher than the price at which IPO investors were allotted the shares.

The IPO had a price band of ₹185–₹197 per share, with the final issue price fixed at the upper end of the band. The shares were listed on the BSE SME on October 7, 2026.

IPO Structure And Issue Details

The Black Opal Consultants IPO was a combination of a fresh issue of 22.38 lakh shares aggregating to ₹44.09 crore and an offer for sale of 5.58 lakh shares aggregating to ₹10.99 crore. The total issue size stood at ₹55.08 crore.

The total issue comprised 27.96 lakh shares, including 1.39 lakh shares reserved for the market maker. After the market-maker reservation, the net offer to public investors stood at 26.56 lakh shares.

The IPO opened on September 29, 2026, and closed on October 1, 2026. The company fixed the issue price at ₹197 per share against the ₹185–₹197 price band.

The lot size was 600 shares, while the minimum retail application at the issue price required 1,200 shares, amounting to ₹2,36,400.

IPO Subscription Data

The Black Opal Consultants IPO was subscribed 73.80 times overall, according to the final subscription data. The QIB portion, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 59.77 times, while the NII category recorded 124.29 times subscription.

Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 145.19 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 82.56 times. The individual investor category was subscribed 60.15 times.

The final subscription data showed bids for 13,72,71,000 shares against 18.60 lakh shares offered across the relevant public categories. The issue received 59,685 applications.

Conclusion

Black Opal Consultants began trading on the BSE SME at ₹200 on October 7, 2026, compared with its ₹197 IPO issue price. The ₹55.08 crore issue comprised both fresh shares and an offer for sale and received 73.80 times overall subscription, with the NII category recording the highest subscription among the main investor categories.
