Mumbai, October 1: Black Opal Consultants IPO was subscribed 73.80 times on the third and final day of bidding on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The issue received bids for 13,72,71,000 shares against 18,60,000 shares offered, according to subscription data as of 5:09:40 PM.

The NII category recorded the highest subscription at 124.29 times, receiving bids for 4,95,90,000 shares against 3,99,000 shares offered.

Within the NII segment, the bNII portion was subscribed 145.19 times, while the sNII portion was subscribed 82.56 times.

The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion was subscribed 59.77 times, with bids for 3,17,38,200 shares against 5,31,000 shares offered.

The individual investors’ portion was subscribed 60.15 times, receiving bids for 5,59,42,800 shares against 9,30,000 shares offered.

The IPO received a total of 59,685 applications as of the latest subscription update.

Black Opal Consultants IPO is a book-built issue of ₹55.08 crore. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 22.38 lakh shares aggregating to ₹44.09 crore and an offer for sale of 5.58 lakh shares aggregating to ₹10.99 crore.
