New Delhi, October 16, 2025 – BLS International Services Ltd (NSE: BLS, BSE: 540073) rose 15.56% at ₹321 on the NSE at 2:22 PM IST after the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), India, entrusted it with the master contract for setting up and operating Indian Visa Application Centres (IVACs) in China.

MEA Contract for China Operations

Ministry of External Affairs has entrusted BLS International for a three-year contract, which was operational from October 14, 2025, in order to open and operate the Indian Visa Application Centres in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The centres will integrate state-of-the-art technology, multilingual support, and superior infrastructure to provide a seamless visa application process.

Joint Managing Director of BLS International, Shikhar Aggarwal, said the contract represents a “milestone moment” in the company’s history and secures its position in government outsourcing solutions. He referred to BLS’s promise for secure, reliable, and easy-to-use visa service.
