Mumbai, September 16: BMW Ventures Limited has secured two purchase orders worth ₹72.94 crore, including taxes, from Tata Projects Limited for the supply of TMT steel to the USTC-PP Adani project.

The company disclosed the order win in an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

According to the filing, Tata Projects has placed two purchase orders with BMW Ventures for the supply of TMT steel conforming to FE-550D grade specifications.

The steel will be supplied for the 3×800 MW USTC-PP Adani project. The combined value of the orders is ₹72,93,60,950, inclusive of applicable taxes.

The orders come with a 100% advance payment condition, including GST. BMW Ventures is required to complete the execution and delivery within eight weeks from the date of the purchase order.
