Mumbai, September 11: Can Fin Homes Limited has scaled up implementation of Project Tejas, a ₹297 crore, seven-year digital transformation programme aimed at modernising its technology infrastructure and improving its lending and customer-service operations.

According to the company’s exchange disclosure, Project Tejas is designed to create a more connected and technology-driven operating platform for Can Fin Homes.

The programme began in February 2025, with the pilot phase implemented across 11 branches in July 2026. The company has since expanded the implementation to approximately 177 branches.

Tejas stands for Tech Enhanced Journey for Agility and Scalability. The programme is focused on building a modern technology foundation that can support greater integration, faster workflows and improved operational capabilities as the housing finance company expands.

The technology ecosystem supporting Project Tejas includes partners such as PwC, IBM India, KPMG, Pennant Technologies, Kiya, Astral Infor, Newgen, Knight FinTech, Trustt, Workline and Shepherdz.

The company’s digital platform is also being supported by technology providers including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Fortinet, CtrlS, Metadata, BLoO and Arcon.

Can Fin Homes said these capabilities are intended to strengthen its infrastructure across cloud, networking, cybersecurity, IT service management and enterprise technology.

The broader objective is to create a scalable technology base that can support future growth while improving governance and the customer experience.
