Canara Robeco AMC to Consider Q2 FY26 Results on October 27; Trading Window Shut till October 29

Mumbai, October 20, 2025 – Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd (BSE: 544580, NSE: CRAMC) has stated that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, October 27, 2025, to approve and consider the unaudited standalone second quarter (Q2) and half-year (H1) ended September 30, 2025 results.

The Company has confirmed that the trading window for the designated and connected individuals, including immediate family members, has been closed from October 16, 2025, to October 29, 2025, in accordance with its Code of Conduct to avoid insider trading.

Board Meeting and Trading Window

The financial performance of Canara Robeco AMC for Q2 and H1 FY26 will be discussed at the forthcoming board meeting. Closing the trading window ensures it remains in compliance with the rules of insider trading by avoiding dealing in company securities by insiders who have access to unpublished price-sensitive information.
