Mumbai, March 23: Central Mine Planning & Design Institute IPO, a bookbuilding issue aggregating to ₹1,842.12 crore, will close on March 24. The issue which opened for subcription on March 20, is entirely an offer for sale of 10.71 crore shares.

The price band has been fixed at ₹163 to ₹172 per share. The company is slated to list on the BSE and NSE with a tentative listing date of March 30, 2026.

Brief Overview Of The IPO

Central Mine Planning & Design Institute IPO comprises a total issue size of ₹1,842.12 crore through an offer for sale of 10,71,00,000 shares. The price band is set at ₹163 to ₹172 per share, with a lot size of 80 shares.

The minimum investment for retail investors stands at ₹13,760 at the upper price band. For sNII, the minimum investment is ₹2,06,400, while for bNII it is ₹10,04,480.

The company operates in mine planning and design services, supporting coal and mineral exploration projects, and functions as a key technical arm within the mining consultancy space.
