Mumbai August, 13: CFF Fluid Control Limited has picked up a fresh ₹27.85 crore order from Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited for the supply of submarine equipment, adding another defence-related contract to its order pipeline.
The company disclosed the purchase order under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The order is domestic and includes applicable taxes, with delivery scheduled by August 2027.
There is no related-party angle to the contract. CFF Fluid also said its promoter or promoter group has no interest in the entity that awarded the order.
The latest order is relatively straightforward in scope. It covers the supply of submarine equipment to Mazagon Dock, one of India’s key shipbuilders for defence programmes, giving CFF Fluid additional business visibility over the coming year.
