Mumbai, March 16: Following the close of the subscription period, investors are now awaiting the finalisation of the Apsis Aerocom IPO allotment status after the issue saw strong demand across investor categories. Exchange data shows the public issue was subscribed 129.33 times overall by the close of bidding on March 13, 2026.

The IPO opened for subscription from March 11, 2026, to March 13, 2026. The issue was priced in a band of ₹104 to ₹110 per share with the final issue price fixed at ₹110 per share.

Apsis Aerocom launched a book-built public issue aggregating about ₹35.77 crore. The offer comprised a Fresh Issue of 0.33 crore shares aggregating to ₹35.77 crore. There was no Offer for Sale component in the issue.

The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE SME platform.
