Complete Sports and Management India IPO Conclusion

The Complete Sports and Management India IPO had a slow start on the first day of bidding. With the overall issue subscribed just 0.01 times, investor participation was still quite limited as of August 28.

Retail investors and NII participants did put in some bids, but the numbers remained well below the shares available to them. The QIB segment, meanwhile, had not recorded any bids by the end of Day 1.

The IPO still has two more bidding sessions before it closes on September 1. The subscription numbers could therefore look very different by the final day, especially if NII and QIB participation gathers pace. For now, though, the opening-day response has been clearly on the softer side.
