Mumbai, August 28: Complete Sports and Management IPO opened for bidding on Friday, August 28, giving investors their first chance to participate in the company’s public issue. The ₹74.93 crore IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 55.50 lakh shares and will remain open for subscription until September 1.
The issue saw a fairly subdued response on its opening day. As per the subscription data available at 5:06 PM on August 28, the IPO was subscribed 0.13 times overall.
The NII segment was the strongest among the investor categories, with its portion subscribed 0.52 times. Retail investors had subscribed 0.04 times, while the QIB (Ex Anchor) portion had not received any bids at the time of the update.
Complete Sports and Management has fixed the IPO price band at ₹128 to ₹135 per share. The lot size is 1,000 shares, which means a retail investor needs ₹1.35 lakh to apply for one lot at the upper end of the price band.
Complete Sports and Management IPO Subscription Details
The Complete Sports and Management IPO is a bookbuilding issue worth ₹74.93 crore. The entire issue consists of fresh shares, with 55.50 lakh shares being offered to investors.
The IPO opened on August 28 and is scheduled to close on September 1, 2026. The company has set the price band at ₹128 to ₹135 per share.
The minimum application for individual investors is 2,000 shares, or two lots. At the upper price of ₹135, this comes to an investment of ₹2.70 lakh. Investors can apply for additional shares in multiples of 1,000 shares.
Around 50% of the net issue has been reserved for QIBs, while NIIs have been allocated 15.03% and retail investors 35.03% of the net issue. A separate 5.05% of the total issue is reserved for the market maker.
The IPO is proposed to list on the BSE SME platform, with the tentative listing date set for September 4, 2026.
Complete Sports and Management IPO Subscription Status
By 5:06 PM on Day 1, the Complete Sports and Management IPO had received bids for 4,82,000 shares against 36,91,000 shares available for public subscription. This resulted in an overall subscription of 0.13 times.
The NII category received bids for 4,14,000 shares against 7,92,000 shares on offer, taking the subscription to 0.52 times.
Within the NII segment, bids above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 0.77 times, while the portion for applications below ₹10 lakh stood at 0.02 times.
The retail category received bids for 68,000 shares against 18,46,000 shares reserved for the segment. This translated into a subscription of 0.04 times.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) category had not received any bids in the available Day 1 update and remained at 0.00 times.
The issue had received 50 applications by the time of the update.
Day-wise Subscription Details
Complete Sports and Management IPO is currently in its first day of bidding and will stay open until September 1. The Day 1 figures give an early indication of investor interest, but the subscription picture can change significantly over the remaining bidding sessions.

Investors need to apply for at least 2,000 shares in the IPO, equivalent to two lots. Each lot contains 1,000 shares, and further applications can be made in multiples of 1,000 shares.
At the upper price band of ₹135, one lot costs ₹1.35 lakh. Since the minimum retail application is two lots, the amount required for an individual investor starts at ₹2.70 lakh.

Complete Sports and Management IPO Anchor Investors
Complete Sports and Management raised ₹21.32 crore from anchor investors ahead of the IPO. The anchor bidding took place on August 27, 2026.
A total of 15,79,000 shares were allotted to anchor investors. These shares were offered at the IPO price, with 50% of the anchor allocation subject to a 30-day lock-in and the remaining shares subject to a 90-day lock-in.
The 30-day lock-in period ends on October 2, 2026, while the lock-in for the remaining shares ends on December 1, 2026.
