Complete Sports & Management opened at ₹139 and traded at ₹144, up 6.67% over the issue price of ₹135. The ₹74.93 crore IPO was subscribed 3.45× overall, driven by strong QIB demand at 7.34×, NII at 2.66× and retail at 1.57×. The session range was ₹135–₹145 with a VWAP of ₹139.10.

₹74.93 Crore IPO Received 3.45 Times Subscription
Complete Sports & Management’s IPO was offered in the ₹128–135 price band, with the final issue price fixed at ₹135 per share. The company offered 55.50 lakh shares, including 2.80 lakh shares reserved for the market maker.
Excluding the anchor and market maker portions, 36.91 lakh shares were available for subscription. The issue received bids for 1,27,37,000 shares, resulting in an overall subscription of 3.45 times.
The issue received 1,798 applications.
QIB Portion Was Subscribed 7.34 Times
The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 7.34 times. The category received bids for 77.28 lakh shares against 10.53 lakh shares offered.
The non-institutional investor (NII) portion was subscribed 2.66 times. Within this segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 2.94 times, while applications between ₹2 lakh and ₹10 lakh were subscribed 2.09 times.
Retail Investors Subscribed 1.57 Times
The individual investor category was subscribed 1.57 times, with bids for 29.06 lakh shares against 18.46 lakh shares offered.
The minimum retail application was 2,000 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2.70 lakh at the upper end of the price band. Investors could apply in multiples of 1,000 shares thereafter.
For HNI applicants, the minimum application size was 3,000 shares, requiring ₹4.05 lakh at the upper price of ₹135.
Fresh Issue Accounted For Entire IPO
The company raised the entire ₹74.93 crore through a fresh issue of 55.50 lakh shares. There was no offer-for-sale component in the issue.
Of the total shares, 2.80 lakh were reserved for the market maker, leaving 52.70 lakh shares as the net offer to the public. A fresh issue brings new capital into the company, unlike an offer for sale where existing shareholders sell shares.
QIBs Received Nearly Half Of Net Public Offer
The QIB category was allocated 26.32 lakh shares, representing 49.94% of the net issue. NIIs received 7.92 lakh shares, or 15.03%, while retail investors were allocated 18.46 lakh shares, accounting for 35.03%.
The market maker portion comprised 2.80 lakh shares, representing 5.05% of the total issue.
Anchor Investors Invested ₹21.32 Crore
Complete Sports & Management raised ₹21.32 crore from anchor investors on August 27, 2026, a day before the public issue opened.
The anchor allocation comprised 15.79 lakh shares. As per the issue details, 50% of these shares are subject to a lock-in until October 2, 2026, while the remaining shares have a lock-in period ending December 1, 2026.
Complete Sports & Management Shares Rise 6.67% Above Issue Price
At ₹144 as of 10:46 AM IST on September 4, 2026, the shares were ₹9 above the ₹135 issue price, representing a gain of 6.67%.
The stock’s session range at the time was ₹135–145, while the VWAP was ₹139.10. The current market price was ₹5 above the ₹139 opening level.
Subscription Increased On Final Bidding Day
The IPO saw overall subscription of 0.13 times on the first bidding day, August 28. Subscription increased to 0.28 times on August 31 and reached 3.45 times on the final bidding day, September 1.
QIB ex-anchor subscription moved from 0.00 times on the first day to 7.34 times on the final day. Retail subscription increased from 0.04 times to 1.57 times during the same period.
Complete Sports & Management Listing Follows ₹135 Issue Price
Complete Sports & Management was listed on the BSE SME platform on September 4, 2026, following allotment on September 2 and credit of shares on September 3.
At the latest market snapshot, the stock was trading at ₹144, with the session high at ₹145 and low at ₹135. The ₹74.93 crore IPO had recorded 3.45 times overall subscription before listing.
