Vadodara, July 8, 2025 — The allotment process for Cryogenic OGS Limited’s SME IPO is now underway following an overwhelming investor response. The issue, which closed on July 7, 2025, received 644.78 times overall subscription, making it one of the most subscribed SME IPOs in recent history.

Investors who applied for the IPO can now check whether they have been allotted shares through the official portals of the registrar and the BSE.

Where to Check Cryogenic OGS IPO Allotment Status

1. MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd (Registrar)

Cryogenic OGS has appointed MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd as the official registrar to handle IPO allotment.

Steps:

  • Visit: https://in.mpms.mufg.com/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html
  • Select Cryogenic OGS Limited from the dropdown list
  • Enter your PAN, Application Number, or DP Client ID
  • Click Search to view your allotment status

2. BSE Website (IPO Allotment Portal)

Investors can also check allotment status via the BSE platform.

Steps:

  • Visit: https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx
  • Select Equity under Issue Type
  • Select Cryogenic OGS Limited from the Issue Name dropdown
  • Enter PAN or Application Number
  • Click Search

What Happens Next

  • Allotment Finalisation: Expected to be completed by July 9, 2025
  • Demat Credit: Shares will be credited to successful applicants’ demat accounts by July 10, 2025
  • Listing Date: The stock is scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on July 11, 2025
