Mumbai, June 25: Bidding for the CSM Technologies IPO gathered momentum on the second day of subscription, with participation picking up across both the retail and non-institutional investor (NII) segments. As of 10:09 AM on June 25, the public issue had been subscribed 0.29 times, reflecting a noticeable improvement from the previous day as investors continued placing bids.
While institutional investors are yet to make meaningful participation in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category, the retail and HNI segments have shown steady progress. Retail demand has moved closer to the halfway mark, whereas NII subscriptions have edged higher, indicating growing interest as the issue approaches the middle of its bidding period.

According to exchange data available at 10:09 AM on June 25, the IPO was subscribed 0.29 times overall.
The category-wise subscription stood at:
- Retail Investors: 0.48x
- NII: 0.55x
- bNII: 0.72x
- sNII: 0.20x

- Employees: 0.51x
The issue had received bids for 32,55,516 shares against 1,11,30,880 shares on offer, while the total application count stood at 13,069.
Compared with Day 1, retail participation improved from 0.42x to 0.48x, while the NII portion rose from 0.53x to 0.55x. Employee subscriptions also moved slightly higher during the second day of bidding.
CSM Technologies IPO Details
CSM Technologies IPO is a book-built public issue worth ₹145.78 crore.
The issue consists entirely of a fresh issue of 1.29 crore equity shares, with no offer-for-sale component.
The IPO opened for subscription on June 24 2026 and will remain open until June 29 2026.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹107 to ₹113 per share.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 132 shares.
Based on the upper price band, the minimum investment required is:

The net issue has been allocated as follows:

- NII: 19,15,650 shares (15.00%)
- Retail: 44,69,850 shares (35.00%)
Additionally, 1,30,000 shares have been reserved for employees, while 17,70,120 shares were allotted to anchor investors ahead of the public issue.
