Cube Highways Trust InvIT Subscription Status: Issue Subscribed 0.39 Times On Day 3, NII Portion At 0.86x 

Mumbai, July 24: Cube Highways Trust InvIT entered the third and final day of its subscription period on Friday, with the ₹5,000 crore public issue subscribed 0.39 times by around 10:15 AM, according to the available subscription data. 

The non-institutional investor portion led the bidding response and was subscribed 0.86 times. The qualified institutional buyer portion, excluding anchor investors, remained at 0.00 times at the time of the update. 

The InvIT opened for subscription on July 22 2026 and closes on July 24 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹151 to ₹152 per unit, while investors can bid for a minimum lot of 95 units. 

Cube Highways Trust InvIT Subscription Status Summary 

As of around 10:15 AM on Day 3, the issue had received bids for 5,35,75,725 units against 13,65,89,480 units available for subscription, translating into an overall subscription of 0.39 times.

The NII segment received bids for 5,35,75,630 units against 6,20,86,110 units offered. The QIB ex-anchor category had received bids for 95 units against 7,45,03,370 units available at the reported time.

The bidding response accelerated sharply on the final morning. The overall issue was subscribed 0.05 times on both Day 1 and Day 2 before rising to 0.39 times on Day 3.

Cube Highways Trust InvIT Issue Details 

Cube Highways Trust InvIT is a ₹5,000 crore book-built issue comprising an offer for sale of 32,89,47,368 units. There is no fresh issue component. 

The price band is ₹151 to ₹152 per unit. The minimum application size is 95 units, translating into an investment of ₹14,440 at the upper end of the price band. 

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited is the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar to the issue. 

Cube Highways Trust InvIT Issue Reservation 

The issue comprises 32,98,45,885 units under the reported reservation structure. Of these, 18,55,22,935 units are allocated to the QIB category and 6,20,86,110 units to the NII category. 

Within the QIB allocation, 11,10,19,565 units were allocated to anchor investors, while 7,45,03,370 units form the QIB ex-anchor portion. Another 8,22,36,840 units are allocated to strategic investors. 

Anchor investors were allocated 11,10,19,565 units at ₹152 per unit ahead of the public subscription period. 

Cube Highways Trust InvIT Allotment And Listing Date 

The allotment process is scheduled for July 29 2026 after the issue closes on July 24 2026. Successful applicants are expected to receive units in their demat accounts on July 30 2026. 

Refunds or the release of blocked funds for unsuccessful applicants are also scheduled for July 30 2026. 

Cube Highways Trust InvIT is scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on August 3 2026.
