Indo-MIM IPO Subscription Status: Issue Subscribed 1.47 Times On Day 2, NII Portion At 4.03x

Indo-MIM IPO subscription rose to 1.47 times on Day 2 by 10:39 AM, with NII demand at 4.03 times, retail at 1.10 times and employee bids at 1.84 times.

Mumbai, July 24: Indo-MIM IPO entered the second day of bidding with the public issue subscribed 1.47 times by around 10:39 AM, according to the latest available subscription data. Non-institutional investors continued to lead demand, with their portion subscribed 4.03 times.
The retail investor category was subscribed 1.10 times, while the employee portion received bids equivalent to 1.84 times the shares offered. The QIB category, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 0.18 times.
The ₹3,811.21 crore IPO opened on July 23 2026 and will close on July 27 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹461 to ₹485 per share.

The NII category received bids for 4,74,10,020 shares against 1,17,60,045 shares available. Within the segment, the bNII portion was subscribed 3.79 times, while the sNII portion recorded higher demand at 4.51 times.
Retail investors submitted bids for 3,02,81,340 shares against 2,74,40,105 shares offered. The employee category received bids for 3,67,980 shares against 2,00,000 shares reserved.
QIBs excluding anchor investors submitted bids for 28,43,850 shares against 1,56,74,494 shares available, resulting in a subscription of 0.18 times.
Indo-MIM IPO Day-Wise Subscription
The overall subscription increased from 1.14 times on Day 1 to 1.47 times by the morning of Day 2. NII subscription increased from 3.04 times to 4.03 times, while retail demand moved above the fully subscribed mark.

Indo-MIM IPO Issue Details
The Indo-MIM IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1,03,09,278 shares aggregating to ₹499.10 crore and an offer for sale of 6,82,91,022 shares aggregating to ₹3,311.21 crore.
The total issue comprises 7,86,00,300 shares and aggregates to approximately ₹3,811.21 crore.
The price band is ₹461 to ₹485 per share, while the lot size is 30 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum retail investment is ₹14,550 for one lot.
The IPO also has a reservation of 2,00,000 shares for employees, with eligible employees being offered a discount of ₹45 per share.
HDFC Bank Limited is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar.
Indo-MIM IPO Issue Reservation
The QIB category has been allocated 3,92,00,150 shares, representing 50% of the net offer. Of these, 2,35,25,656 shares were allocated to anchor investors, leaving 1,56,74,494 shares for QIBs excluding anchors.
NIIs have been allocated 1,17,60,045 shares, representing 15% of the net offer, while 2,74,40,105 shares, or 35%, are allocated to retail investors.
Indo-MIM IPO Allotment And Listing Date
The Indo-MIM IPO will close for subscription on July 27 2026, with the allotment expected to be finalised on July 28 2026.
Shares are scheduled to be credited to the demat accounts of successful applicants on July 29 2026. Refunds or the unblocking of funds for unsuccessful bidders are also scheduled for July 29 2026.
Indo-MIM shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on July 30 2026.
