Xtranet Technologies IPO was subscribed 1.39 times by the morning of Day 2, led by retail demand at 1.74 times, while NII subscription stood at 1.20 times.

Mumbai, July 24: Xtranet Technologies IPO saw steady investor participation on the second day of bidding, with the issue subscribed 1.39 times by around 10:49 AM. Retail investors remained the strongest contributors, subscribing 1.74 times their reserved portion.
Demand from non-institutional investors also picked up during the second day, taking the NII portion to 1.20 times subscription. The QIB category, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 0.91 times at the same point.
The ₹166.80 crore public issue opened on July 23 2026 and investors can place their bids until July 27 2026.
Xtranet Technologies IPO Subscription Status Summary
By around 10:49 AM on July 24 2026, investors had bid for 1,27,41,410 shares against 91,93,800 shares available for subscription.

Retail investors placed bids for 79,91,720 shares against 45,96,900 shares reserved for the category. This translated into a subscription of 1.74 times.
The NII category received bids for 23,70,940 shares against 19,70,100 shares on offer. Within this segment, sNII investors subscribed 1.64 times, while the bNII portion was close to full subscription at 0.99 times.
Institutional participation remained relatively measured during the morning. QIBs, excluding anchor investors, bid for 23,78,750 shares against 26,26,800 shares available, taking the category to 0.91 times.
Xtranet Technologies IPO Day-Wise Subscription
Investor participation has improved from the opening day. The IPO was subscribed 1.12 times on Day 1 and moved up to 1.39 times during the morning session on Day 2.
Retail subscription increased from 1.40 times on July 23 2026 to 1.74 times, while NII demand rose from 0.76 times to 1.20 times.

Xtranet Technologies IPO Issue Details
Xtranet Technologies is raising ₹166.80 crore through a fresh issue of 1,31,34,000 shares. The IPO does not have an offer-for-sale component.
The company has fixed a price band of ₹120 to ₹127 per share. The minimum application size is 110 shares, which means a retail investor needs ₹13,970 to apply for one lot at the upper end of the price band.
Of the shares offered, 65,67,000 shares are reserved for QIBs, 19,70,100 shares for NIIs and 45,96,900 shares for retail investors.
Share India Capital Services Private Limited is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while Kfin Technologies Limited is handling the IPO as registrar.
Xtranet Technologies IPO Allotment And Listing Date
Bidding for the Xtranet Technologies IPO will remain open until July 27 2026. After the issue closes, the company is expected to finalise the basis of allotment on July 28 2026.
Shares are scheduled to be credited to the demat accounts of successful bidders on July 29 2026. Refunds or the unblocking of funds for investors who do not receive shares are also expected on the same day.
Xtranet Technologies shares are scheduled to make their stock market debut on the BSE and NSE on July 30 2026.
