Ahead of the public issue, Curis Lifesciences had raised ₹7.79 crore through its anchor book on November 6 by allocating 6,09,000 equity shares at ₹128 each to six institutional investors, namely Sanshi Fund-I, Maiq Growth Scheme–Long Only, Strategic Sixth Sense Capital Fund, Viney Growth Fund, Zeta Global Funds (OEIC) PCC Ltd – Zeta Series A Fund PC, and Moneywise Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.
Curis Lifesciences IPO Subscription Status
The IPO was oversubscribed in all investor categories. QIB category received subscription of around 52 times. The NII category was subscribed over 25 times, while the RII category saw demand for about 20 times its reserved portion.
