D͏a͏chepall͏i Publishers͏ Lt͏d Lists 20.20͏% Discount to Issue Price o͏n Market Debut

Mumbai, 30 December 2025: ͏Dachepalli Publishers Ltd today made its debut on BSE, with its share price opening lower at ₹8͏1.60 as compared to its IPO price band of ₹100–₹10͏2, a fall of up to 20.20% from the upper band. ͏ As of 12:54 pm, the stock was down by ₹22.00 or 21.57% trading͏ at ₹80.00 from the issue price of ₹102 and a decline of 1.96% from the listing price. 

Dachepalli Publishers Limited is an Indian company that is involved in the business of publishing. The company is engaged mainly in the publication of educational content comprising school textbooks, reference books and other academic materials for a variety of school and college-level curricula.  

₹͏10.02 Crore Turnover and 12.35͏ Lakh Shares Traded Reflect Active Opening Session 

By the early afternoon, the counter had witnessed a traded volume of 12.35 lakh shares resulting in a turnover of ₹10.02 crore. Market depth revealed some sell-side quantities above the traded price, with cumulative sell orders reaching 50,400 shares against limited buy interest, keeping prices moving towards the lower band. The company’s total market capitalization stood at ₹121.90 crore, while free-float market capitalization was reported at ₹23.07 crore. 

IPO and Subscription Recap 

Dachepalli Publishers IPO was a book build issue of ₹40.39 crores. The issue was entirely a fresh issue of 0.40 crore shares of ₹40.39 crore. The IPO bidding started from December 22, 2025, and ended on December 24, 2025. The allotment for Dachepalli Publishers IPO was finalised on December 26, 2025.  

Dachepalli Publishers IPO price band was set at ₹100.00 to ₹102.00 per share. The lot size for an application was 1,200. The minimum amount of investment required by an individual investor (retail) was ₹2,44,800.00 (2,400 shares) (based on upper price). 

Dachepalli Publishers IPO was subscribed 1.97 times. The public issue subscribed 1.90 times in the individual investors category, 1.29 times in QIB (Ex Anchor), and 3.04 times in the NII category.
