Denta Water Bags New Orders Worth ₹67.56 Crore; Shares Rise Nearly 2%

Denta Water and Infra Solutions secured two new water infrastructure orders worth nearly ₹67.56 crore, lifting investor sentiment and pushing the stock higher.

Mumbai July, 21: Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd. has secured two new orders with a combined value of ₹67.56 crore, strengthening its order book in the water infrastructure segment.
According to an exchange filing, the larger of the two contracts is a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth ₹20.89 crore from Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Ltd. (KNNL). The turnkey project involves improving two pickup weirs and four pickup canals, carrying out works related to the Kolagundi/Dammur Lift Irrigation Scheme under the Upper Tunga Project in Karnataka, along with five years of operations and maintenance after completion. The execution period for the project is 11 months.
The company also received a subcontract valued at ₹46.67 crore from JNS Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. for restoration and improvement works covering 16 pickup canals and 18 pickup canals, along with the construction of an MS pipeline raising main for the Jalibenchi Lift Irrigation Scheme in Ballari district. This project is also scheduled to be completed within 11 months.
Denta said the subcontract has been awarded in the ordinary course of business, with the necessary approvals already in place.
