Mumbai, July 13: The Devson Catalyst IPO has entered its final day of subscription, giving investors one last opportunity to place bids before the public issue closes later today. The SME IPO has continued to attract strong demand throughout the bidding period, with the issue subscribed 56.35 times as of 11:09 AM on Day 3, led by robust participation from retail and non-institutional investors.

According to exchange data, the retail investor portion was subscribed 80.99 times, while the NII category was booked 76.57 times. The QIB (excluding anchor investors) segment received 2.66 times subscription. As bidding remains open until the end of today’s trading session, the final subscription figures are expected to change further before the issue closes.

The ₹42.34 crore IPO opened for subscription on July 9 and comprises a combination of a fresh issue of 31.58 lakh equity shares aggregating ₹39.39 crore and an offer for sale of 2.50 lakh shares worth ₹2.95 crore.

As of 11:09 AM on July 13, the issue had received bids for 13,56,49,200 shares against 24,07,200 shares on offer, taking the overall subscription to 56.35 times.

Devson Catalyst has fixed the price band at ₹112 to ₹118 per share, with the issue price set at ₹118 per share.

Retail investors are required to apply for a minimum of 2 lots comprising 2,400 shares, translating into an investment of ₹2,83,200.

The minimum investment for S-HNI investors is 3,600 shares worth ₹4,24,800, while B-HNI applicants need to bid for at least 9,600 shares, amounting to ₹11,32,800.

Issue Structure

The IPO consists of:

  • Fresh Issue: 31,58,000 equity shares aggregating ₹39.39 crore
  • Offer for Sale: 2,50,000 equity shares aggregating ₹2.95 crore

The total issue size stands at ₹42.34 crore.

Reservation For Investors

The net issue has been allocated as follows:

  • NII: 15.08%
  • Retail Investors: 35.18%

Additionally, 64,800 shares have been reserved for employees, while 1,80,000 shares have been allocated to the market maker.
