Mumbai, August 20: The Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds IPO continued to see bidding on Thursday, with the ₹26.73 crore issue remaining below full subscription midway through its three-day bidding window. The IPO opened on August 19 and will close on August 21, 2026.
As of 10:32 AM on August 20, investors had bid for 5.24 lakh shares against 25.63 lakh shares offered to the public. The issue had received 215 applications at the time of the update.
The individual investor category has seen relatively higher participation compared with the other investor segments, although it was still subscribed at less than one time.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds IPO is a ₹26.73 crore book-built issue comprising 27,00,000 fresh equity shares. The price band is ₹95 to ₹99 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum application for two lots in the individual investor category is ₹2,37,600.
The issue is being listed on the BSE SME platform. Wealth Mine Networks Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while Cameo Corporate Services Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.
Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds is engaged in the manufacturing, processing and supply of seeds for field crops and vegetables. Its operations cover sourcing of genetic seed material, seed multiplication through arrangements with seed-growing farmers, processing, grading, treatment, quality checks, packing and distribution. The company’s products are marketed under the Dhanwel Seeds brand.
The company was originally formed as a partnership firm under the name M/s Super Vegetable Seeds in 2018 and was subsequently converted into Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds Limited in 2024. Its processing facility is located in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
At the Day 2 checkpoint, the IPO remained unsubscribed overall, with retail investors accounting for the larger share of bids. The subscription window remains open until August 21, 2026.
