Dilip Buildcon has emerged as the L-1 bidder for a ₹688.23 crore elevated corridor project in Maharashtra, while its shares fall 0.90%.

Mumbai, September 28: Dilip Buildcon has been declared the lowest or L-1 bidder for a ₹688.23 crore elevated corridor project in Solapur, Maharashtra, under the Hybrid Annuity Mode, according to an exchange filing
The project has been floated by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and involves construction of a four-lane elevated corridor on NH-65.
Dilip Buildcon Emerges L-1 For Solapur Corridor Project
The project covers construction of a four-lane elevated corridor, including approaches from Old Pune Naka to Boramani Naka on NH-65 in Solapur City.
The proposed corridor will stretch around 9.66 km, from Km 0.050 to Km 9.710. The project cost is ₹688.23 crore, excluding GST, and the construction period is 24 months.
Dilip Buildcon will undertake the project under the Hybrid Annuity Mode. The associated operation period is 15 years from the commercial operation date.
Importantly, the company has been declared L-1 bidder, meaning the project is at the bidding stage and should not be treated as a confirmed executed order at this point.

The Dilip Buildcon share price stood at ₹408.75 as of 10:02 AM IST on September 28, 2026, down ₹3.70 or 0.90% from the previous close.
The stock opened around ₹412 before slipping during early trade. It touched a low near ₹403.50 before recovering towards ₹408.75 by the latest timestamp shown in the chart.
The movement came as the company disclosed its L-1 status for the Solapur elevated corridor project.

Project To Be Executed Over 24 Months
According to the regulatory disclosure, NHAI is the awarding authority for the project. The contract is classified as a domestic project, with no promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding entity.
The project is expected to take 24 months to complete, followed by an operation period of 15 years from the commercial operation date. The disclosed project value of ₹688.23 crore is exclusive of GST.
The Solapur corridor forms part of the company’s road infrastructure business and adds another project to its pipeline of highway and urban road development opportunities.
