Mumbai, October 8: Dove Soft shares listed at ₹111 on the BSE SME on October 8, 2026, in line with the IPO issue price of ₹111 per share. The stock later fell to ₹110.30 at 9:37 AM IST, down 0.63% from the listing price.

Dove Soft made its market debut at ₹111, matching the final IPO issue price. The issue price was fixed at the upper end of the ₹104 – ₹111 price band.

At 9:37 AM IST, shares were trading at ₹110.30, representing a decline of ₹0.70, or 0.63%, from the listing price.

Share Price Snapshot Shows Fall From Listing Price

At 9:37 AM IST on October 8, 2026, Dove Soft shares were quoted at ₹110.30 on the BSE SME, with a displayed volume of 27,32,400 shares.

The stock was 0.63% below its ₹111 listing price and remained 0.63% below the IPO issue price at the same snapshot, as the listing price and issue price were identical.

IPO Structure Included Fresh Issue And Offer For Sale

The Dove Soft IPO was a combination of a fresh issue of 53.28 lakh shares aggregating to ₹59.14 crore and an offer for sale of 12.72 lakh shares aggregating to ₹14.12 crore.

The total issue comprised 66 lakh shares, including 3.30 lakh shares reserved for the market maker. The net public issue, excluding the market-maker portion, stood at 62.70 lakh shares.

The IPO carried a lot size of 1,200 shares, requiring a minimum retail application of ₹1,33,200 at the issue price of ₹111.

Dove Soft IPO Subscription Reached 1.38 Times

The public issue was subscribed 1.38 times overall by the close of bidding on October 5. The NII category recorded 1.96 times subscription, while the retail portion was subscribed 0.81 times.

Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 2.83 times, whereas the portion below ₹10 lakh received 0.21 times subscription. The QIB category recorded 1.00 times subscription.

The issue received 1,263 applications, with 86,32,800 shares bid against 62,70,000 shares offered to the public.

Dove Soft Shares Trade Below ₹111 After Debut

Dove Soft shares opened at the IPO issue price of ₹111 on the BSE SME before moving lower in early trading. At 9:37 AM IST, the stock stood at ₹110.30, down 0.63% from the listing price.

The ₹73.26 crore issue included ₹59.14 crore through the fresh issue and ₹14.12 crore through the offer for sale, while the overall public subscription stood at 1.38 times.
