Mumbai, September 30: Dove Soft IPO was subscribed 0.85 times on the first day of bidding on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The issue received bids for 53,36,400 shares against 62,70,000 shares offered to the public as of 5:06:44 PM.
Non-institutional investors (NII) led the demand, with their portion subscribed 1.29 times. The individual investors category was booked 0.44 times, while the QIB (Ex Anchor) portion did not receive any bids on Day 1.
The ₹73.26 crore IPO opened for subscription on September 30 and will close on October 5, 2026.
Dove Soft IPO Subscription Status Day 1
The NII category received bids for 39,61,200 shares against 30,70,800 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 1.29 times.
Within the NII category, the bNII portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 1.93 times, with bids for 39,57,600 shares against 20,48,400 shares offered.
The sNII portion received bids for 3,600 shares against 10,22,400 shares available and stood at 0.00 times on the displayed subscription data.
Individual investors bid for 13,75,200 shares against 31,34,400 shares offered, taking the category subscription to 0.44 times.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion, comprising 64,800 shares, received no bids and remained at 0.00 times.
Overall, the public issue received bids for 53,36,400 shares against 62,70,000 shares offered. The total bid amount stood at ₹59.234 crore, with 578 applications recorded.

Dove Soft IPO Details
Dove Soft IPO is a ₹73.26 crore book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 53.28 lakh shares aggregating to ₹59.14 crore and an offer for sale of 12.72 lakh shares aggregating to ₹14.12 crore.
The IPO price band has been fixed at ₹104 to ₹111 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares.
Individual investors need to apply for a minimum of 2 lots, or 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2,66,400 at the upper end of the price band.
For S-HNI investors, the minimum application is 3 lots, or 3,600 shares, amounting to ₹3,99,600. The minimum B-HNI application is 8 lots, or 9,600 shares, requiring ₹10,65,600.
The IPO opened on September 30 and will close on October 5, 2026. The shares are proposed to list on the BSE SME platform.
Swastika Investmart Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue. Swastika Investmart Ltd. is also the market maker.
