Mumbai, October 01: Dove Soft IPO remained open for subscription on its second day on October 1, 2026. The bookbuilding issue opened on September 30 and is scheduled to close on October 5. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 49.98 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 12.72 lakh shares, taking the total issue size to 66 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹73.26 crore. The price band is fixed at ₹104 to ₹111 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares, with individual investors required to apply for a minimum of two lots, or 2,400 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum investment is ₹2.66 lakh.
