Mumbai, September 25: Dudani Retail IPO received bids for 2,88,000 shares against 34,52,000 shares offered to the public on the first day of bidding, taking the overall subscription to 0.08 times.
The individual investors category received bids for 2,72,000 shares against 17,28,000 shares on offer, resulting in a subscription of 0.16 times. The NII portion received bids for 16,000 shares against 17,24,000 shares, translating into a subscription of 0.01 times.
The Dudani Retail IPO opened for subscription on September 25, 2026, and will remain open until September 29, 2026.

Incorporated in December 2015, Dudani Retail Ltd. is an apparel and lifestyle company engaged in the designing, manufacturing, sourcing and supply of apparel and related products through its own-brand operations and licensed manufacturing arrangements with Fashion & Lifestyle marketplaces.
The company’s own-brand business primarily focuses on women’s ethnic and fusion wear sold under the “Divena” brand. Its product range includes sarees, dresses, tops, tunics, kaftans and co-ord sets, along with sarees and bottom wear.
The company uses a combination of in-house production and outsourced value-added processes for its products. It also trades in men’s wear under the “Millennial Men” brand, with finished goods sourced from external suppliers and sold through online channels.
