Kolkata, 30 September 2025 – Ecoline Exim Limited shares began trading today on the NSE Emerge at ₹140.85 per share. Notably, the shares were opened at below the issue price of ₹141. The stock saw active trading and fell to an intraday low of ₹133.80, reflecting that investors were booking profits early on following the listing.

Established in 2008, Ecoline Exim Limited is a leading exporter and manufacturer of environmentally friendly packaging bags made from cotton and jute, with a manufacturing facility located in Kolkata. They ship to over 27 countries worldwide, including some in the EU, the USA, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Their clients are promotional firms, retail chains and supermarkets. They plan to use the IPO proceeds to set up a new facility in Ahmedabad, along with working capital and general corporate purposes.

Ecoline Exim IPO Listing Day Performance

At 12:50 PM IST, the share price is quoted a bit lower than its issue price of 141 at 140.85, with a high of 140.85 and a low of 133.80 on the day, compared to its close on yesterday of 141.00. It is listed with 15.08 lakh shares, equivalent to 21.11 crore, and a market capitalization of ₹ 276.75 crore.

Ecoline Exim IPO Anchor Allocation

Ecoline Exim secured ₹21.75 crores in investments from anchor investors on September 22nd, 2025, by issuing a total of 15.43 lakh shares at a price of ₹141 each to 12 investors. Some of the institutions that participated include Carmelian AIF Category I Trust, NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund, Green Portfolio Finavenue Growth Fund, and Sunrise Investment Trust.

Ecoline Exim IPO Subscription Highlights

Ecoline Exim IPO was held between September 23 and September 25, 2025, and was, overall, oversubscribed 5.71 times. More particularly, it was oversubscribed 7.63 times by QIBs, 4.37 times by retail investors, and 3.85 times by NIIs. This reflects investors’ confidence in the company’s green and sustainable business model.
