Mumbai, September 30, 2026: Elevate Campuses shares made their stock market debut at ₹355.10 per share on NSE and BSE on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The listing price was ₹6.90, or 1.90% below, the company’s final IPO price of ₹362 per share.

The debut followed Elevate Campuses’ ₹2,100 crore IPO, which received 1.89 times overall subscription during the September 23–25 bidding period.

Elevate Campuses Shares Debut At ₹355.10

Elevate Campuses shares started trading at ₹355.10, compared with the final IPO price of ₹362. This resulted in a listing discount of ₹6.90 per share.

The company’s IPO had a price band of ₹343–₹362 per share, with the final issue price fixed at the upper end of the band.

At the time of listing, the shares therefore began trading below the price at which they were allotted to investors.

₹2,100 Crore IPO Entirely Fresh Issue

Elevate Campuses raised ₹2,100 crore through an entirely fresh issue of equity shares.

The issue comprised 5,80,11,049 shares, with the company offering the shares in the price band of ₹343–₹362. The entire issue proceeds came through the fresh issue component.

The company had a pre-issue shareholding of 11,05,19,988 shares, which increased to 16,85,31,037 shares after the issue.

IPO Received 1.89 Times Subscription

The Elevate Campuses IPO received 1.89 times overall subscription by the close of bidding on September 25.

The QIB category, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 2.66 times, while the NII portion received 0.89 times subscription. The retail category was subscribed 1.07 times.

Overall, investors placed bids for 6,02,69,672 shares against 3,19,06,077 shares offered.

Retail Investors Subscribe 1.07 Times

The retail portion received bids for 61,99,405 shares against 58,01,105 shares offered, resulting in subscription of 1.07 times.

The IPO lot size was fixed at 41 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail application required ₹14,842.

Retail subscription stood at 0.25 times on September 24 before increasing to 1.07 times on the final bidding day.

NII Category Remains Below Full Subscription

The NII category was subscribed 0.89 times by the end of the issue. Investors placed bids for 77,53,715 shares against 87,01,657 shares offered.

Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 0.87 times, while applications below ₹10 lakh received 0.93 times subscription.

NII subscription increased from 0.35 times on September 24 to 0.89 times on the final bidding day.

QIB Portion Subscribed 2.66 Times

The QIB portion excluding the anchor allocation was subscribed 2.66 times.

Investors in this category placed bids for 4,63,16,552 shares against 1,74,03,315 shares offered. QIB subscription stood at 0.19 times on September 23 and 0.19 times on September 24 before rising to 2.66 times on the final day.

The anchor portion comprised 2,61,04,972 shares.

Elevate Campuses IPO Lot Size And Issue Details

The IPO lot size was fixed at 41 shares, with the retail application amount at the upper price-band level standing at ₹14,842.

The issue opened on September 23, 2026, and closed on September 25. The allotment was finalised on September 28, while shares were credited to successful applicants on September 29.

Elevate Campuses shares were scheduled to list on NSE and BSE on September 30, 2026.

Elevate Campuses Listing Follows IPO Subscription Of 1.89 Times

The company entered the secondary market at ₹355.10 on September 30, compared with its ₹362 IPO issue price.

At 10:11:08 AM IST, Elevate Campuses shares were trading at ₹360, representing a 1.38% increase from the listing price and a 0.55% discount to the IPO issue price.

Conclusion

Elevate Campuses shares debuted at ₹355.10 on NSE and BSE, marking a 1.90% discount to the ₹362 IPO price.
