Mumbai, September 28: Elitecon International has entered into a Product Supply Framework Agreement with World Class 77 in South Africa, creating a potential export programme with an indicative ceiling of up to USD 60 million, or approximately ₹574.20 crore.
The agreement covers the potential supply of cut blended tobacco, homogenised tobacco, cigarettes and fast-moving consumer goods, according to the company’s exchange filing dated September 26, 2026.
Elitecon International Enters South Africa Supply Agreement
The agreement with World Class 77 is structured as a non-exclusive framework for exports from Elitecon International to the South African market. Individual supplies will be made only against purchase orders subsequently accepted by the company in writing.
The framework is effective from September 26, 2026, and will remain in place until August 31, 2027, unless terminated earlier under its terms. Deliveries against accepted purchase orders will be made on FCA Jawaharlal Nehru Port, under Incoterms 2020.
Importantly, the ₹574.20 crore figure is an indicative and non-binding programme ceiling, rather than a confirmed order value. The filing states that the agreement does not contain any minimum purchase or take-or-pay obligation.
Stock Market Snapshot
The Elitecon International share price stood at ₹8.86 as of 9:58 AM IST on September 28, 2026.
Based on the ₹9.10 reference level visible on the trading chart, the stock was down about 2.64%. The shares had moved sharply higher around 9:30 AM, briefly touching nearly ₹9.08, before giving up part of those gains and trading around ₹8.86.
The stock’s movement came as investors tracked the company’s latest disclosure regarding its proposed international supply arrangement.
South Africa Deal Covers Multiple Product Categories
The framework agreement covers exports of cut blended tobacco, homogenised tobacco, cigarettes and fast-moving consumer goods. The exact quantities, specifications, delivery schedules and consideration will be determined separately through purchase orders accepted by Elitecon International.
Payments are scheduled through an authenticated bank transfer, with payment due 90 days after the applicable transport-document date.
The agreement is with an international entity based in South Africa and is part of Elitecon International’s existing export business. The company has also disclosed that the promoter and promoter group have no interest in World Class 77, while the arrangement does not constitute a related-party transaction.
About Elitecon International
Elitecon International operates in the tobacco and consumer products business, with its activities including the manufacture, marketing and distribution of tobacco-related products and other consumer goods.
The latest framework agreement expands the company’s stated international business opportunity in South Africa. However, the actual revenue and order execution will depend on individual purchase orders being accepted and subsequently fulfilled under the agreement.
About World Class 77
World Class 77 is a company incorporated in South Africa and is the counterparty to Elitecon International’s latest Product Supply Framework Agreement. The company is registered under registration number 2023/959867/07 and has its registered address at Unit No. 5, 100 Elizabeth Road, Impala Park, Boksburg 1459, South Africa.
Under the agreement, World Class 77 may place purchase orders with Elitecon International for the supply of cut blended tobacco, homogenised tobacco, cigarettes and fast-moving consumer goods. The arrangement is non-exclusive, and actual supplies will depend on individual purchase orders accepted by Elitecon International.
This gives the company a defined framework for potential exports to South Africa, although the disclosed programme ceiling of up to ₹574.20 crore is indicative and non-binding rather than a confirmed order value.
Conclusion
Elitecon International has entered into a supply framework agreement with South Africa-based World Class 77, carrying an indicative programme ceiling of up to USD 60 million, equivalent to approximately ₹574.20 crore at the contractual reference exchange rate.
The company has clarified that the amount is not a firm order book or guaranteed revenue commitment. Actual supplies and consideration will arise only from purchase orders accepted under the framework. Meanwhile, the Elitecon International share price was at ₹8.86 as of 9:58 AM IST on September 28, 2026, down approximately 2.64% from the ₹9.10 reference level.
