Tuesday, December 09, 2025: The ₹40.21 crore Initial Public Offering of Encompass Design India Limited IPO operating business under the brand name Encompass Design India (ScaleSauce) continued to attract investor interest on the third day of bidding. The IPO, which opened for subscription status on December 5, 2025, was subscribed 1.76 times as of 3:09:59 PM on Day 3

Encompass Design India IPO Subscription Status Day 3 So Far

As of December 9, 2025, 3:09:59 PM (Day 3), the ScaleSauce IPO reached 1.76 times subscription. The individual investors category stood at 1.46 times, the QIB (Ex Anchor) category at 1.05 times, and the NII category at 3.40 times. Anchor investors bid for 10,69,200 shares, matching the shares offered, while market makers placed bids for 1,88,400 shares. 

QIBs submitted bids for 7,47,600 shares against 7,14,000 offered. Non-institutional buyers bid for 18,22,800 shares against 5,36,400, with 14,95,200 bids in the bNII segment and 3,27,600 in the sNII segment. Individual investors bid for 18,28,800 shares against 12,50,400 offered. Overall bids stood at 43,99,200 against 25,00,800, supported by 968 applications.

Encompass Design India IPO Subscription Status On Day 2

On December 8, 2025, Day 2 of the overall IPO was subscribed at 0.52 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion (not including anchor investors) had a 1.05 times subscription rate, while the non-institutional investor (NII) portion was 0.66 times subscribed. The retail individual investor portion was very lightly subscribed with 0.17 times subscriptions. Also, in total, 1,310,400 shares were bid for against 2,500,800 shares available, along with a total of 115 applications submitted.

Key Details of the Encompass Design India IPO

Encompass Design India (ScaleSauce) IPO is a book build issue of ₹40.21 crores. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 0.38 crore shares of ₹40.21 crore.

Encompass Design India (ScaleSauce) IPO opens for subscription on December 5, 2025 and closes on December 9, 2025. The allotment for the Encompass Design India (ScaleSauce) IPO is expected to be finalised on December 10, 2025. Encompass Design India (ScaleSauce) IPO will list on NSE SME with a tentative listing date fixed as December 12, 2025.

 Encompass Design India (ScaleSauce) IPO price band is set at ₹101.00 to ₹107.00 per share. The lot size for an application is 1,200. The minimum amount of investment required by an individual investor (retail) is ₹2,56,800.00 (2,400 shares) (based on upper price). The minimum lot size investment for HNI is 3 lots (3,600 shares), amounting to ₹3,85,200.

3Dimension Capital Services Ltd. is the book running lead manager and MUFG Intime India Pvt.Ltd. is the registrar of the issue. The Market Maker of the company is Alacrity Securities Ltd.

Encompass Design India Utilisation of IPO Proceeds

From the total IPO proceeds, the company plans to utilize ₹11.49 crore on capital Investment which includes acquiring and renovating office space, ₹7.29 crore towards working capital requirements, ₹11 crore will be reserved for prepaying/repaying certain specific debts, and the balance will be used to meet general business expenses.

Encompass Design India Anchor Investor Allocation

Prior to its IPO launch the company secured ₹11.44 crore from anchors that were allocated on 4 December 2025, with an allocation of 10,69,200 shares to various anchor investors. The largest contributors to this were NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund, Rajasthan Global Securities, Viney Growth, Radiant Global Fund and Navbharat Investment Opportunities Fund.

Recent Financials of Encompass Design India

The total income of the company was ₹55.01 crores for FY25, which was an increase from FY24’s total income of ₹40.15 crores. The profit after tax increased from ₹6.88 crores for FY24 to ₹10.79 crores for FY25. As of September 30, 2025, the company had total assets of ₹63.24 crores, EBITDA of ₹8.85 crores and PAT of ₹5.05 crores. The company’s net worth as of FY25 was ₹37.62 crores.
