New Delhi: Technology solutions provider ENS Enterprises will launch the Rs 33.14 crore initial public offering (IPO) on August 14, seeking to tap the market to strengthen its technology capabilities and repay debt.

The IPO will remain open for subscription till August 18, with a price band fixed at Rs 87-92 per equity share. Bidding for anchor investors will open for a day on August 13, the company said in a statement.

The Noida-based company’s shares will be listed on the BSE’s SME platform.

The public issue is entirely a fresh issue of 36.02 lakh equity shares worth Rs 33.14 crore, according to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP).

The net proceeds from the fresh issue worth Rs 17.02 crore will be utilised by the company towards investment in the enhancement, maintenance and upgrading of its existing products through manpower hiring.

Funds worth Rs 6.75 crore will be used for the upgradation of ENS Enterprises’ IT infrastructure, Rs 1.2 crore will be utilised for repayment of debt and the remaining balance for general corporate purposes.

“The IPO will enable us to further strengthen our product capabilities, upgrade our IT infrastructure and support our growth as we continue to build long-term relationships with clients and expand our digital technology offerings,” Avinash Kumar Singh & Manish Kumar Srivastava, Promoters of ENS Enterprises Ltd, said.

On the financial front, the company reported a total income of Rs 51.77 crore, while profit after tax stood at Rs 8.40 crore in FY26.

ENS Enterprises offers end-to-end digital technology solutions across digital commerce, software development, cloud and DevOps, mobile applications and digital marketing.

Corporate Makers Capital Ltd is the sole book-running lead manager for the IPO.
