Mumbai, Aug 14: ENS Enterprises IPO opened for subscription on August 14, 2026 and will close on August 18, 2026. The book-built issue comprises 36,02,400 equity shares and is entirely a fresh issue. The price band has been fixed at ₹87 to ₹92 per share.
The IPO has a lot size of 1,200 shares. The minimum retail application is for 2,400 shares, while the minimum HNI application is for 3,600 shares.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
ENS Enterprises IPO comprises 36,02,400 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The issue has a price band of ₹87 to ₹92 per share and an issue size of approximately ₹33.14 crore at the upper price band.
Of the total issue, 1,81,200 shares are reserved for the market maker, leaving 34,21,200 shares as the net offer to the public. The net issue is divided among QIB, NII/HNI and retail investors according to the stated allocation.
The minimum retail application is 2,400 shares, requiring ₹2,20,800 at the upper price band. For HNI investors, the minimum application is 3,600 shares, amounting to ₹3,31,200.
ENS Enterprises is a technology company engaged in digital commerce enablement and software solutions. Its services include e-commerce platforms, ONDC integrations, software development, mobile applications, cloud and DevOps, digital marketing and related technology solutions.
Corporate Makers Capital Ltd. is the book running lead manager, Abhipra Capital Limited is the registrar to the issue and ACME Capital Market Ltd. is the market maker. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform.
