Mumbai, August 21, 2026: Shares of ENS Enterprises Ltd were trading at ₹96.05 on the BSE SME platform on Friday, 4.40% above the IPO issue price of ₹92, according to the market snapshot available at 10:12 AM IST.

The QIB category, excluding anchor investors, received bids for 64,54,800 shares against 6,84,000 shares available, resulting in subscription of 9.44 times.

₹33.14 Crore Issue Was Entirely Fresh

ENS Enterprises raised ₹33.14 crore through a fresh issue of 36,02,400 shares. The price band was fixed at ₹87-92 per share, with the final issue price set at ₹92.

Of the total issue size, 1,81,200 shares were reserved for the market maker. The net offer to the public stood at 34,21,200 shares.

The IPO did not include an offer-for-sale component, so the shares offered through the issue were newly issued by the company.

Anchor Investors Contributed ₹9.44 Crore

ENS Enterprises had raised ₹9.44 crore from anchor investors ahead of the public issue. A total of 10,26,000 shares were allotted to anchor investors at the issue price.

The anchor shares carried a 30-day lock-in for 50% of the allocation, with the first lock-in period ending on September 18, 2026. The remaining shares were subject to a 90-day lock-in ending on November 17, 2026, according to the issue details provided.

ENS Enterprises Focuses On Digital Commerce And Technology

ENS Enterprises, incorporated in 2016, provides digital commerce enablement and software solutions. Its operations cover e-commerce platforms, ONDC integrations, software and mobile application development, cloud and DevOps, digital marketing and technology consulting.

The company also develops SaaS products that generate subscription-based revenue. It has been empanelled as a Technology Service Provider for the Government of India’s ONDC initiative since 2022, according to the company information provided.
