Enviro Infra Engineers Unit Gets Letter Of Intent For ₹228 Crore Wind Project; Shares Up 4%

Mumbai, October 15: Suyog Urja, a step down subsidiary of Enviro Infra Engineers, has received a letter of intent worth ₹228 crore from ARIE Energy LLP for a 100 MW wind power project in Maharashtra. Completion is scheduled by July 31, 2027.

Suyog Urja Receives LOI for 100 MW Wind Project

The project is located at Ajani in Latur district, Maharashtra, and covers engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work for the wind power facility. The LOI was dated October 14, 2026, and the contract value of ₹228 crore excludes GST.

In its exchange filing, the company said the order came from domestic entity ARIE Energy LLP. It also clarified that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and that the contract is not a related-party transaction.
