New Delhi: ESDS Software Solution Ltd, an AI-enabled cloud, managed services, data centre infrastructure and software solutions provider, on Thursday raised Rs 216 crore from anchor investors ahead of the opening of its Rs 720-crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription.

The company allotted 50.35 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 429 per share, according to a circular uploaded on BSE’s website.

The anchor investors include Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Bandhan Mutual Fund, Quant Mutual Fund, Bajaj General Insurance, Samco Mutual Fund, Sanshi Fund-I, Meru Investment Fund PCC – Cell 1, and CP Capital Ltd.

The public issue will open on August 28 and conclude on September 1, while the shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 4.

The IPO, which comprises an entirely fresh issue of equity shares, has a price band of Rs 408-429 per share.

ESDS plans to utilise Rs 576 crore of the IPO proceeds to purchase and install cloud computing and other equipment and infrastructure for its data centres. The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

At the upper end of the price band, the issue values the company at a market capitalisation of about Rs 5,028 crore.

ESDS, incorporated in 2005, provides cloud, managed services, data centre infrastructure and software solutions. During fiscal 2026, it served more than 2,500 customers across banking, financial services and insurance, public sector entities, businesses and enterprises.

The company’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 472.21 crore in fiscal 2026, while net profit stood at Rs 120.82 crore.

According to a separate circular, Priority Jewels Ltd raised Rs 27.5 crore from four anchor investors including WhiteOak Capital and Sanshi Fund-I, ahead of the opening of its IPO on August 28.

The price band has been fixed at Rs 190-200 per share.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 45.75 lakh equity shares, aggregating to Rs 91.50 crore at the upper end of the price band.
