Mumbai, September 30: Eventions IPO was subscribed 1.12 times on the first day of bidding on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The issue received bids for 34,23,600 shares against 30,68,400 shares offered to the public.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion led the subscription with 19.89 times, while the NII category was subscribed 0.16 times. The individual investors category received a subscription of 0.02 times.
The ₹38.12 crore IPO opened for subscription on September 30 and will close on October 5, 2026.
Eventions IPO Subscription Status Day 1
The QIB (Ex Anchor) category received bids for 32,22,000 shares against 1,62,000 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 19.89 times.
The NII category was subscribed 0.16 times, receiving bids for 1,65,600 shares against 10,51,200 shares offered.
Within the NII segment, the bNII portion was subscribed 0.23 times, while the sNII portion stood at 0.01 times.
The individual investors category received bids for 36,000 shares against 18,55,200 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 0.02 times.
Overall, the Eventions IPO received bids for 34,23,600 shares against 30,68,400 shares offered. The total bid amount stood at ₹40.398 crore, based on the upper end of the price band.
The issue recorded 22 applications as of the Day 1 update.

Eventions IPO is a ₹38.12 crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 32.30 lakh shares aggregating to ₹38.12 crore.
The IPO price band has been fixed at ₹112 to ₹118 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares.
Individual investors need to apply for a minimum of 2 lots, or 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2,83,200 at the upper end of the price band.
For S-HNI investors, the minimum application is 3 lots, or 3,600 shares, amounting to ₹4,24,800. The minimum B-HNI application is 8 lots, or 9,600 shares, requiring ₹11,32,800.
The IPO opened on September 30 and will close on October 5, 2026. The shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE SME platform.

Incorporated in December 2020, Eventions Limited operates in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) and event management segment.
The company provides planning, coordination and execution services for corporate and institutional events. Its services include MICE services, corporate events, conferences, incentive travel programmes, virtual events, Free Independent Travel (FIT) services, brand and marketing activities, venue coordination, travel and accommodation arrangements, logistics management and on-site event execution.
The company primarily operates through a B2B model and also provides execution support to other event management companies for large-scale or multi-location assignments.
