Mumbai, October 05: Eventions IPO remained open for subscription on its third and final day on October 5, 2026. The bookbuilding issue opened on September 30 and is scheduled to close on October 5. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 32.30 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹38.12 crore. The price band is fixed at ₹112 to ₹118 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares, with retail investors required to apply for a minimum of two lots, or 2,400 shares, involving an investment of ₹2,83,200 at the upper price band.
