Eventions Shares Fall 6% On Debut

Mumbai, October 8: Eventions shares debuted at ₹111 on the NSE SME on October 8, 2026, below the IPO issue price of ₹118 per share. The stock therefore listed at a 5.93% discount to the issue price.

Eventions Shares List At ₹111 Against ₹118 Issue Price

Eventions made its NSE SME debut at ₹111, ₹7 below its final IPO issue price of ₹118 per share. The issue price was fixed at the upper end of the ₹112–₹118 price band.

The IPO opened for subscription on September 30 and closed on October 5, 2026. The allotment was finalised on October 6, followed by credit of shares on October 7. The shares were listed on the NSE SME on October 8.

IPO Structure And Issue Details

The Eventions IPO was a fresh issue of 32.30 lakh shares aggregating to ₹38.12 crore. The total issue included 1.62 lakh shares reserved for the market maker, while 30.68 lakh shares were offered to public investors excluding the market-maker portion.

The IPO had a price band of ₹112–₹118 per share, with the final issue price fixed at ₹118. The lot size was 1,200 shares, requiring a minimum retail application of ₹1,41,600 at the upper end of the price band.

IPO Subscription Data

The Eventions IPO was subscribed 2.39 times overall by the close of bidding on October 5. The QIB category recorded 26.18 times subscription, while the NII category was subscribed 0.51 times.

Within the NII segment, the portion above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 0.31 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh recorded 0.91 times subscription. The retail category was subscribed 1.37 times.

The final subscription data showed 73,24,800 shares applied for against 30,68,400 shares offered to the public, with 1,170 applications recorded.
