Mumbai, 1 July 2025: FCML Distributors Limited, a well-known luxury home interiors brand, has detailed its retail expansion plans in the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). The company intends to utilise ₹996.12 lakh from its IPO proceeds to open six high-end retail outlets under its in-house brands, BathDetails and Wood & Boundless, across Mumbai and Delhi.
Six New Stores to Strengthen Physical Presence by FY27
The company aims to open four new BathDetails outlets-two in Mumbai and two in Delhi-and two Wood & Boundless stores, one each in Mumbai and Delhi. These new stores are scheduled for rollout across FY26 and FY27, with a balanced investment of ₹498.06 lakh allocated for each financial year.
Expansion Backed by Steady Financial Growth

This strategic move marks FCML’s entry into the premium luxury segment through its private labels, reinforcing its brand footprint beyond the ultra-luxury range offered under the flagship FCML identity.
BathDetails and Wood & Boundless to Offer Enhanced Retail Experience
The BathDetails showrooms are being designed as omnichannel hubs, integrating digital tools to allow customers and architects to explore curated bathroom solutions interactively. In parallel, the Wood & Boundless stores will display high-quality engineered wood flooring, catering to a wide range of design preferences with an emphasis on affordability and accessibility.
Proceeds Also Directed Toward Renovation and Business Growth
The ₹996.12 lakh set aside for new store development forms part of a broader ₹[●] crore IPO. Remaining proceeds are intended for working capital needs, marketing initiatives, debt repayment, and refurbishing existing flagship stores in Delhi and Mumbai.
This expansion plan underlines FCML’s focus on capturing demand in top-tier urban markets while consolidating its position in the luxury interiors space through strategic in-house branding and global collaborations.
