Fratelli Vineyards Stock Gains 3.5% as Promoters Convert Warrants into Equity Shares

Mumbai, October 29, 2025 – Fratelli Vineyards Ltd’s shares (BSE: 541741) gained 3.56% to reach ₹129 at 12:03 PM on Wednesday after the company announced that its promoter group converted warrants into equity shares, a sign of confidence in the wine maker’s long-term prospects.
Promoters Reaffirm Commitment through Capital Infusion
The promoter and promoter group of Fratelli Vineyards converted 30,000 warrants resulting the issuance to 1,50,000 new equity shares at ₹300 a share. This has brought in fresh capital of ₹3.38 crore to the company, with promoters paying the balance 75% of the issue price (₹225 per share) in accordance with the initial allotment structure. The move increased the promoter group’s shareholding from 56.91% to 57.06%, thus strengthening control and investor alignment.
Management Commentary
Commenting on the development, Chairman and Managing Director Gaurav Sekhri said, “The promoters’ conversion reaffirms their confidence in Fratelli’s vision and growth strategy.” The fresh funds would help enhance the operational efficiencies of the Company, support business growth and further strengthen its financial position, he added.
Shareholding and Price Movement
Fratelli Vineyards Limited has approved a capital infusion of ₹3.38 crore by way of issuance of 1,50,000 new shares at an issue price of ₹300 per share. The promoter group’s holding rose marginally from 56.91% to 57.06% following the conversion.
As of 12:03 PM, the share price of Fratelli Vineyards Limited is trading at ₹129.60, up 3.56% on Wednesday. Shares of Fratelli Vineyards Ltd opened at ₹128.85 and moved between a high of ₹129.95 and a low of ₹127.00 during the session. The company’s market capitalization stands at ₹560.88 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹387.90 and a 52-week low of ₹102.00. The company has no declared dividend yield or quarterly dividend amount at present.
