Mumbai, August 5: Investors who applied for the Fusion Klassroom Edutech IPO are expected to get clarity on their applications today, with the basis of allotment likely to be finalised on August 5, 2026. The ₹39.04 crore SME public issue closed for subscription on August 4 after receiving an overall subscription of 1.50 times, indicating measured demand across investor categories.

With the subscription window now closed, applicants are waiting to find out whether they have received shares. Once the registrar completes the allotment process, investors will be able to check their application status through the registrar’s portal as well as the BSE website.

The IPO was priced in a band of ₹151 to ₹159 per share, with the issue closing at the upper end. Investors had to apply for a minimum of 1,600 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2,54,400 at the upper price band.
