Mumbai, September 28: Gabion Technologies India has received multiple domestic purchase orders worth an aggregate ₹20.72 crore, including applicable taxes and duties, for the supply of gabion boxes, gabion mattresses and rockfall protection and rock nailing work.
The company disclosed the order wins in an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.
Gabion Technologies Receives Multiple Domestic Orders
The orders have been received from multiple domestic customers. Gabion Technologies India has not disclosed the names of the customers, citing confidentiality obligations and non-disclosure agreements.
The purchase orders cover the domestic supply of gabion boxes, gabion mattresses and rockfall protection and rock nailing work. The company said these activities are part of its ordinary course of business and will be carried out according to the terms specified in the respective contracts and Letters of Award.
The aggregate order value stands at ₹20.72 crore, inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. The company has not disclosed the individual value of each order.
