Mumbai September 21: Garment Mantra Lifestyle Limited has received an international export order worth approximately ₹103.70 crore from Zaara Overseas F.Z.E. for the supply of polyester printed fabrics and cotton embroidery madras dress material.
The order, valued at about $10.81 million, is scheduled to be executed by January 20, 2027, according to the company’s exchange disclosure dated September 21, 2026.
Garment Mantra Receives Export Order From Zaara Overseas
As per the regulatory filing, the order has been placed by Zaara Overseas F.Z.E., an international entity. The contract covers the export of polyester printed fabrics and cotton embroidery madras dress material.
The company has described the order as an international export contract, with delivery to be completed by January 20, 2027. There is no promoter or promoter-group interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not fall under related-party arrangements.
Garment Mantra said the order adds to its ongoing export business and comes alongside shipments already executed during the year.

TheGarment Mantra share price stood at ₹1.18, down ₹0.02 or 1.67%, as of 12:26 PM IST on September 21, 2026, according to the market data shown.
The stock opened around ₹1.12 and moved higher during the session, touching levels above ₹1.20 before settling at ₹1.18 at the latest available timestamp.
Despite the company’s announcement of the export order, the stock was still trading below the previous closing level visible on the chart.
Order Adds To Garment Mantra’s Forward Pipeline
The latest contract comes on top of the company’s existing unexecuted order book.
Garment Mantra said it had an unexecuted order book of around $300 million as of the date of the disclosure. The company expects these orders to be delivered progressively and said the pipeline provides visibility for the remainder of the financial year.
The combination of completed shipments and pending orders is expected to support revenue visibility as the company moves through the current financial year.
Garment Mantra Expands Its Export-Focused Business
Garment Mantra Lifestyle, formerly known as Junction Fabrics & Apparels, is a Tirupur-based apparel manufacturer with more than 25 years of industry experience.
The company supplies apparel and textile products to domestic and international markets and has been building its export business through product diversification and manufacturing capabilities.
Its operations are supported by wholesale networks in Tirupur and Surat, while the company has also expanded its distribution presence in Tamil Nadu.
Export Order Strengthens International Business
The latest contract gives Garment Mantra another sizeable international customer engagement and adds to its export order pipeline.
The company said its focus remains on execution, timely delivery and product quality as it works through the existing order book. The Zaara Overseas contract is expected to be completed by January 20, 2027.
For the company, the order also provides additional visibility for its textile manufacturing and export operations during the current financial year.
