Mumbai August, 13: GE Power India Limited has received two Notices of Award from Daa Al Balad for Contracting and Operations Company Limited in Saudi Arabia for a fuel conversion project, with the cumulative contract value estimated at around ₹550 crore.
According to the exchange filing, the orders cover the supply and service scope for the Shuaiba Fuel Conversion Project in Saudi Arabia. The work involves technical field advisory services related to boiler modifications required for fuel conversion.
The company said the awards comprise two separate Notices of Award, covering supply and service activities. The project is expected to run for more than 2.5 years.
The orders have been awarded by an international entity and are not classified as related-party transactions. The promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity, according to the disclosure.

The contract announcement came as GE Power India shares traded marginally higher in early Thursday trading.
